Order Cancellations and Modifications
We process orders quickly, so if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once your order has entered the packaging or shipping process, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Cancellation Fee:If you cancel your order after payment, a 9% + $1 fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges, warehouse handling, and platform fees.
Refund Policy
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Late Delivery:If you have not received your order within 45 business days (excluding the 2-5 day processing time), you may request a refund.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items:If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You may request a refund or exchange, and we will process it within 24 hours (during weekdays).
- Required Documentation:To proceed, please provide photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with your order number and name.
In such cases, you will not be responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. However, if you are returning a product due to a change of mind or incorrect size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Requirements
- Time Frame:Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.
- Condition:Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and parts.
- Shipping:You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and items should be sent postpaid. Please use a reliable courier service to ensure your return reaches us.
Please note:
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or damaged.
- If the product does not meet your expectations due to a change in size, the customer must cover both the initial and return shipping fees.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot issue refunds or process exchanges for the following situations:
- Incorrect Shipping Address:If the order was not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Unforeseen External Circumstances:Including issues such as customs delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Incorrect Size Selection:Products like shoes, hoodies, T-shirts, and sweatshirts are subject to our country-specific size charts. Refunds will not be processed for incorrect size selections made by the customer.
- Electronics:Electronic items are not eligible for refunds.
- Lost or Stolen Packages:We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered to the correct address.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at service@beabadoobeegear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 3-15 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
- Incorrect Address:If an order is lost or delivered to the wrong address due to a shipping carrier error (despite us providing the correct address), we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
- Customer Error:If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to the customer’s mistake, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a replacement item. Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Pre-Orders and Custom Items:All pre-order and custom-made sales are final unless the product is defective. Please verify all details before placing such orders.
- In-Transit Orders:Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
- Incorrect Information:We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address).
- Customs or Shipping Delays:Orders delayed due to customs or unforeseen carrier issues are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If a delivery failure occurs, we will contact you via email promptly to inform you of the situation and discuss the next steps.
